Axia Trade broker is a CFD broker operating under the company name Smarttool Trading SC Limited with a Seychelles FSA license, offering more than 600 trading instruments on MetaTrader 5 and its own proprietary platform. Axia Trade currently does not serve users residing in Iran. In this overview, we review Axia Trade's license, accounts, platforms, payment methods and risks based on Teagle's data.
What kind of broker is Axia Trade?
Axia Trade (whose website is known as Axia Investments) is listed in Teagle's data as registered in Seychelles, but its year of founding is unknown. The broker offers trading in forex, stocks, indices, commodities, cryptocurrencies and ETFs with maximum leverage of 1:400. What sets Axia apart is the combination of a proprietary platform with analytical tools, trading signals, daily market analysis and educational content. An account manager, incentive schemes, multilingual support and contractual negative balance protection are also among its services. The important point is that the broker itself is the counterparty to clients' CFD trades.
Axia Trade broker licenses and credibility
According to Teagle's latest review, Axia Trade holds one active license:
- Seychelles FSA: number SD034, status Active.
The Seychelles license is a weak offshore license and lacks a strong compensation scheme like those of tier-1 regulators; Teagle also considers "regulatory credibility limited to offshore regulation" a main drawback of this broker. Under the agreement, the broker can void from the outset any trade executed on the basis of a "manifest price error" and has considerable discretion in accepting, executing or cancelling orders. We have explained the market-making model and the broker acting as counterparty in the article What are B-Book and A-Book brokers and license tiers in the article Offshore and onshore brokers .
Does Axia Trade serve Iranians?
No. According to Teagle's expert review, Axia Trade currently does not serve users residing in Iran, and Iranian traders cannot legally open and verify an account. Using an address, documents or identity from another country can lead to account blocking and withdrawal problems. Even if registration through an intermediary or by changing your geographic location is possible, Teagle does not recommend this approach. See the criteria for choosing a safe broker in the article Brokers banned for Iranians .
Axia Trade trading accounts
Axia Trade has five accounts with floating spreads, a 0.01% commission, a 100% margin call and a 20% stop-out, and an Islamic version is available for all of them:
- Bronze account: minimum deposit $500, spreads from 1.8 pips and leverage of 1:100.
- Silver account: minimum deposit $5,000, spreads from 1.8 pips and leverage of 1:200.
- Gold account: minimum deposit $10,000, spreads from 1 pip and leverage of 1:300.
- Platinum account: minimum deposit $50,000, spreads from 0.7 pips and leverage of 1:400.
- Diamond account: minimum deposit $250,000, spreads from 0.4 pips and leverage of 1:400.
The $500 minimum deposit on the basic account and spreads from 1.8 pips on the first two accounts make Axia expensive for small capital. To calculate the real cost, read the article Spread in forex trading . According to Teagle, this broker's inactivity fee is also relatively heavy.

Who is Axia Trade suitable for?
Axia Trade suits non-Iranian traders who need a variety of instruments, an Islamic account and copy trading, and who knowingly accept the limitations of offshore regulation. It is not suitable for Iranian users or those who want a tier-1 regulator and a compensation scheme. For a comparison with a multi-regulated broker, see Axia Trade vs AvaTrade comparison .
Conclusion
Axia Trade offers a good variety of instruments and analytical tools, but its offshore license, high minimum capital and Iran restriction make it an unsuitable option for Iranian users. Avoid registering with a false identity, choose a broker that officially accepts Iranians, start with small capital and follow the latest warnings on the investment risk warning page .
