If you are browsing the Teagle website or using Teagle's data, information, content, services, products or features, it means you fully agree with what follows in this document and are aware of its provisions.

⚖️ Legal basis of the agreement: The provisions of this document have been drawn up and agreed between the first and second parties under Article 10 of the Civil Code and the Electronic Commerce Law. The mandatory laws and binding regulations of Iran naturally apply to both parties.

Terms of this document

1.1. Teagle / first party:
The words «Teagle», «first party», «we», or «the Teagle group» refer to the owner of Teagle.
1.2. User / second party:
The words «user», «second party», «you», «visitor» refer to anyone using the website, data, information, content, services, products or features of Teagle.
1.3. Website:
The word «website» refers to all domains registered to and owned by Teagle.
1.4. Financial firms:
The word «Financial firms» refers to brokers, exchanges, prop firms and other Iranian and foreign companies and institutions active in this field.
1.5. Document:
The word «Document» refers to this page, Teagle's «terms, conditions of use and disclaimer».

General terms

2.1. Right to update and change: Teagle reserves the right to review, update or change the provisions and content of this document when necessary and at its discretion, and such changes are binding from the date of publication. You will of course be informed after publication, and any continued use of Teagle depends on accepting the new changes.
2.2. No direct trading services: Teagle does not under any circumstances provide direct trading services and does not act as a trading intermediary. It also does not receive or hold any capital or assets of users.
2.3. Intellectual and material property: All material and intellectual rights to the content, images, logo and data on the website and Teagle's other media belong to Teagle. Therefore any reproduction, copying, data extraction or commercial use of Teagle's content without our written permission will be pursued legally.
2.4. No obligation or partnership created: Teagle's documents, including this document, creating an account, posting a review or any other conduct, create no obligation or contract of any kind for Teagle, such as partnership, investment, employment or contracting, sales agency or representation.
2.5. Disclaimer for reviews and financial firms: Teagle has no responsibility for users' reviews or the performance of financial firms and gives no guarantee about them; responsibility for all of the user's actions and decisions lies with the user.

Creating an account

3.1. Accuracy of account information: Teagle may request and receive the required information, in compliance with Privacy policy , through various electronic or physical means. If the information the user has declared changes, the user must update it in their account immediately. Teagle is not responsible for the consequences of incorrect registration information or failure to update it.
3.2. Reading the documents: The user must read this document and Teagle's other published documents fully and carefully.
3.3. Ownership of the account: After sign-up is completed, the account is made available to the user for using the site, but ownership belongs to Teagle.
3.4. No transfer of the account and password responsibility: The user waives the right to transfer their username or password to others, and any conduct, such as posting reviews, carried out with your account is deemed to be by you; we are not responsible for your account.
3.5. Responsibility for submitted content and reviews: Responsibility for the accuracy, authenticity, legality and content of any review, rating, text, image, file or other material the user publishes or sends on Teagle lies with the user, and its publication does not mean Teagle approves, confirms or accepts that content.
3.6. Unauthorised use of the account: If the user finds that their account is being used by others without authorisation, for any reason or without the user's permission, they must inform the Teagle group immediately. Teagle is not responsible for unauthorised use of the account, for any reason or without the user's permission.
3.7. Sharing and breach of account rules: If an account is found to be used by several people, or in case of any breach of this document's provisions, Teagle reserves the right to deactivate or delete that account, and Teagle bears no responsibility for this.
3.8. Consent to data processing: By creating an account, the user declares their consent to Teagle accessing and using the information entered, in line with Privacy policy.
3.9. One Account Rule: Each person may have only one account. Creating several accounts by one person under any pretext, especially to influence the ratings of financial firms or content artificially, post biased reviews or get around the site's limits, is a violation. If such cases are identified, Teagle has the right to block all accounts related to the violating person immediately and unilaterally and to remove the reviews or ratings posted through those accounts from the website.

Terms and conditions of using the website

4.1. Impartiality and information: Any content published on the website or other Teagle media has been produced impartially, for information, based on official sources and expert opinion, and the Teagle group accepts no responsibility for possible losses of individuals or financial firms.
4.2. Changing financial data and update timing: Given how financial information changes and the need to update Teagle's content periodically, the group always tries to have its experts check and verify information carefully and as soon as possible. However, because markets change and updating takes time, Teagle is not responsible for the accuracy of information whose update date has passed, or for sudden market changes not foreseen at the time of writing.
4.3. Advertising links: There are advertising links on the website; however, such advertising does not mean Teagle approves, recommends or guarantees the security or performance of that financial firm, and it should not be treated as an independent basis for the user's financial or investment decisions.
4.4. Review rules and user conduct: The user undertakes not to post reviews that insult people or contain defamation, obscene language, unauthorised advertising, malicious links or content contrary to the country's laws and regulations. In such cases Teagle reserves the right not to approve or to remove your reviews.
4.5. No financial advice or signals: The content of the website or Teagle's other media is not financial or investment advice or signals, and the outcome of the user's decisions is their own responsibility.
4.6. Third-party website links: A link to a financial firm or third-party website on Teagle does not mean its security or performance is fully approved. As soon as the user leaves Teagle's domain and enters those sites, that site's rules and terms apply and Teagle has no responsibility in this respect.
4.7. Scores and rankings: The scores, rankings, reviews and other indicators shown on Teagle only reflect data and assessments recorded or calculated by the criteria stated on the website, and in no way guarantee the credibility, security, service quality, financial strength or future performance of financial firms.

Other terms

5.1. Force majeure:

In the event of any force majeure beyond the control and will of the Teagle group, including but not limited to:

natural disasters (such as earthquakes, floods, fires)

war, unrest and social disruption

national emergencies

international sanctions

sudden changes in laws and regulations, and decisions and orders of judicial, administrative or regulatory authorities (such as filtering, access restrictions or domain blocking)

nationwide or regional outages of the internet and telecommunications networks

large-scale cyber attacks (such as DDoS), disruption of servers, data centres or domestic or international infrastructure and cloud providers

Teagle's obligations are suspended to the extent of the event's effect. In such circumstances Teagle will have no responsibility for unavailability, delay, interruption of services, loss of data or any damage or loss of profit to the user or third parties, and the user waives any claim or demand for damages.

5.2. Governing law and dispute resolution:

All provisions of this document and the rights, obligations and relations between the user and Teagle are governed by the current laws and regulations of the Islamic Republic of Iran (including the Civil Code and the Electronic Commerce Law). In the event of any dispute, claim or controversy related to this document, use of the website, services, content or account, the parties undertake first to settle the matter by peaceful negotiation and through Teagle's support. If no agreement is reached within 30 working days, the matter is first settled through an arbitrator agreed by both parties in Iran, and failing that, the competent authority to hear it and issue a final judgment will be the competent judicial authorities and courts of the Islamic Republic of Iran, whose judgment is final and binding on the parties.
