Expert review: Is PCM broker suitable for Iranians?

Complete Introduction to PCM Broker

Teagle editorial team, updated October 25, 2026

PCM broker is a brokerage that started operating in Mauritius under the registered name PCM Brokers and focuses mainly on serving Iranians, including Rial deposits and withdrawals and a fully Persian website. Teagle's data lists 2005 as the broker's founding year. In this overview, we review PCM's license, accounts, payment methods and especially the risks of trading with it, based on Teagle's data.

What kind of broker is PCM?

According to the broker itself, PCM provides access to forex, commodities and cryptocurrency markets through the MetaTrader 4 platform with leverage of up to 1:500. In the FAQ, metals, energy and indices are also listed among the symbols. Despite its claimed long history, PCM scores low in global forex broker rankings, which is why Teagle warns about the high risk of trading with it. The broker's country of registration is also not specified in Teagle's data.

PCM broker licenses and credibility

Teagle's license list includes only one entry for PCM: FSC Mauritius with active status and no license number. This is an offshore license, and its oversight and investor protection are not on par with top-tier regulators. According to Teagle's expert, the broker has stated that international regulations are of no use to Iranians, but the absence of any mention of regulation on the broker's website and other reliable sources is a sign of risk. Before trusting a broker like this, read the guide to broker regulation and how it is rated and the article the difference between offshore and onshore brokers .

Does PCM serve Iranians?

Yes. Service to Iran, a Persian website and Persian support are recorded for PCM in Teagle's data, and the Teagle team confirmed features such as Rial deposits and withdrawals and a fully Persian, user-friendly website in its review. However, according to the FAQ, although there is no confirmed report of fraud by this broker, the lack of credible regulation other than the FSC raises the risk of using it. One Teagle user also wrote that there is a broker named pcmbrokers with a very similar logo whose website doesn't work, and the connection between the two is unclear.

PCM trading accounts

PCM offers three account types with floating spreads on MetaTrader 4:

  • Micro account: minimum deposit $10, commission from zero, spread from 2 pips, leverage 1:500 and stop-out at 100%; its symbols include 58 currency pairs, commodities, CFDs, stocks, the dollar index, cryptocurrencies, oil and precious metals.
  • Mini account: minimum deposit $100, commission from zero, spread from 1 pip, leverage 1:200 and stop-out at 50%; for forex, metals and energy.
  • Elite account: minimum deposit $1,000, commission from $1, spread from 0.2 pips, leverage 1:100 and stop-out at 100%.

The Micro and Mini accounts have Islamic versions; the Elite account does not. Scalping and hedging are allowed. According to the FAQ, the broker also has an account called AI that uses artificial intelligence to suggest strategies based on price patterns, economic news and your trading history. The 1:500 leverage on the Micro account is a double-edged sword; before using it, read the article leverage or leveraged trading .

PCM platforms and services

PCM's only platform is MetaTrader 4, available for Windows, Android and iOS; MetaTrader 5 is not offered. We've explained how to connect your account in the guide to connecting a broker to MetaTrader 4 and 5 . The broker's services include bonuses, rebates, education, PAMM, an IB program, copy trading, a calculator and an economic calendar. A service called "fixed monthly profit" also appears in the list; in leveraged markets no profit is guaranteed, and such a promise should be examined with great caution.

Deposits and withdrawals at PCM

PCM has three payment methods. Rial deposits via bank are free and take about 2 hours, but Rial withdrawals take up to 5 business days. Tether deposits carry a 1 to 2% commission and take about 2 hours, and withdrawals take 48 business hours. Bitcoin deposits are free and take about an hour, and withdrawal time depends on the amount. No withdrawal fees are recorded for any method.

PCM's score and risk on Teagle

PCM's final score on Teagle is 1.51 out of 5, derived from only two sources: Teagle users 2 and WikiFX 1.02. The Teagle Eye risk index for this broker is 59 out of 100, in the "medium risk" category; its claimed history earned a full score, but a single offshore license, a very low credibility score and few, negative user reviews have pushed the risk up. Compare its position against competitors in the ranking of brokers with Iranian deposits .

PCM broker pros and cons

  • Pro: direct Rial deposits and withdrawals and a $10 minimum deposit
  • Pro: Persian website and support
  • Pro: PAMM account and Islamic accounts on the two main accounts
  • Con: no credible regulation and unclear registration status
  • Con: very low WikiFX score and high operational risk
  • Con: no MetaTrader 5 and slow Rial withdrawals

Who is PCM suitable for?

In the assessment of Teagle's expert, PCM appeals to Iranian traders whose priority is easy deposits and withdrawals, but it is not suitable for those who place particular importance on regulation. If you're torn between several Iranian-friendly brokers, weigh PCM in the PCM vs. XChief comparison against a broker with Rial deposits and a well-known track record.

Conclusion

PCM is convenient for Iranian users in terms of access and Rial payments, but serious weaknesses in licensing, very low scores in international sources and ambiguity about its registered identity make it a high-risk option. If you decide to use it, start with only a small amount, make a test withdrawal before any large deposit, and follow the latest warnings on the investment risk warning page .
