Reviewing the Credibility, Ranking and Global Standing of Arzinja Exchange

Arzinja is a local crypto trading platform focused exclusively on users inside Iran. For this reason, like other domestic crypto platforms, it is not listed on international rating sources such as CoinMarketCap or CoinGecko and has no global ranking, because financial sanctions, the lack of a connection to international banking, and the absence of a public Proof of Reserves report prevent its cross-border verification.

In terms of corporate credibility, Arzinja is registered under the legal name «Ghoghnoos Blockchain Technology Knowledge-Based Company» and, holding approval from the Vice Presidency for Science and Technology and official, verifiable membership in the Computer Guild Organization (Nasr Tehran) and the Iran Fintech and Blockchain Association, it operates within the framework of domestic supervisory and self-regulatory rules; however, due to the lack of comprehensive regulation in the banking network, it does not hold a direct license from the Central Bank or an eNamad (which is not granted to any crypto exchange).

Has the Arzinja exchange had a history of hacks or fraud?

To date, no official or documented report or evidence of a security breach, server hack, large-scale data breach, or draining of assets stored in Arzinja's wallets has been recorded. Keeping the bulk of assets in Cold Storage and the mandatory activation of protective layers (2FA and traffic monitoring) have prevented mass theft incidents on this platform's servers.

In addition, there is no court ruling or criminal case indicating criminal activity by Arzinja's management. The company has a registered physical office, identified managers in the company registration systems, and verification and support channels.

Reviewing Costs on Arzinja Exchange: Deposits, Withdrawals and Fees

The fee structure of crypto exchanges plays a central role in profitability and in managing trading costs. Relying on financial transparency, Arzinja offers all services related to account opening, identity verification and storing assets in its dedicated wallet completely free of charge, and deducts no periodic custody fee (Custody Fee) from users.

Deposits, whether in Rial or crypto, are not subject to any fee from Arzinja; this means transferring digital currency to the platform's wallet is completely free, and for Toman deposits only the official rules and fees of the Shaparak network apply. On the withdrawal side, Rial settlements are carried out through the Paya and Satna systems, minus the approved bank fees, and the crypto withdrawal fee goes directly to the blockchain transaction cost (Network Fee), with the exchange taking no extra percentage from it.

Arzinja exchange trading fees

The ordering model at Arzinja is divided into two main branches: «Easy Trade» and «Advanced Trade». In the Easy Trade section (instant buying and selling with the exchange as counterparty), the base fee starts at 0.5% and decreases in tiers down to 0.3% as the user's 30-day trading volume grows. The direct crypto conversion section (Swap) also operates with a base fee of 0.2%, which reaches 0.15% at higher trading tiers.

The platform's biggest competitive advantage lies in the Advanced Trade section (P2P with an active order book), where the maker (Maker) and taker (Taker) fees for all users and currency pairs are zero percent . Given the regulation rules for exchanges based in Iran, Arzinja's trading services are limited to the market without leverage (spot), and credit or derivative instruments are not supported.

Arzinja Exchange's Dedicated App

The Arzinja mobile app is designed as a mobile trading terminal for Android (via direct download, Cafe Bazaar and Myket) and iOS (as a PWA web app and through the local stores Sibapp and Sibche) to make real-time access to the crypto market easier for traders. Fully synced with the website's trading core, the app gives users access to an advanced order book (P2P) with zero fees, an instant trade and crypto swap section, analytical charts and full management of the internal wallet (deposits, withdrawals and monitoring of Toman and crypto assets), with security based on biometric login and two-factor authentication, all in a simple, smooth user interface.

User experience of the Arzinja app

A look at the Arzinja app's performance on the official download platforms shows that it has earned a reasonable standing among users; at the time of writing, on Cafe Bazaar it has more than 120 thousand active installs and a rating of 3.3 out of 5 , and on Myket it has close to 30 thousand downloads and a rating of 4.0 out of 5 based on user feedback. Also, according to aggregate data published on the platform's official website, overall user satisfaction with the app is estimated at around 84%.

User satisfaction comes mainly from the simple interface, the fast in-app identity verification, transfer speed and the clear separation of the «Easy Trade» section from «Advanced zero-fee P2P Trading», which makes wallet management easy even for beginners. On the other hand, average ratings and criticism mostly relate to the lack of additional technical tools such as Stop-Loss, occasional delays in processing bank settlements, and the more limited experience of the iOS version due to its web app (PWA) nature. Even so, the app performs its core tasks, namely buying, selling and real-time market monitoring, steadily and without outages.
