To log in to the Exir exchange on the web version, go to the Exir exchange website and click «Login» at the top of the page. You can also go directly to the Exir login page .

1. Enter the mobile number or email you registered with.
2. In the next step, enter your account password.
3. If an image puzzle appears, solve it.
4. If two-factor authentication is enabled, also enter the authenticator code.

After logging in, your account dashboard opens. If you have forgotten your password, use the password recovery option on the login page.

To sign up on the Exir exchange, click «Sign Up» on the homepage. The steps to create a personal account are as follows:

1. Choose the account type. For a personal account, select «Individual».
2. Enter your mobile number or email. If you sign up with a mobile number, it must be registered in your own name.
3. Read and accept the terms. If you have a referral code, enter it in the relevant field.
4. Click «Continue». If a captcha appears, solve the image puzzle.
5. Enter the verification code: type the code sent to your mobile or email in the box.
6. Create a password: choose and submit a password that meets the requirements written below the box.

Once the registration completion message appears, your initial account has been created. You can now log in to the panel and continue with identity verification.

 

Exir exchange identity verification tutorial and required documents

Identity verification on Exir has two parts: «Basic» and «Advanced». To get started, go to the identity verification section from the dashboard.

Step one: Basic verification

1. Click «Start identity information verification».
2. Enter your national ID number and date of birth.
3. Review and confirm the information.
4. If your mobile number has not been verified yet, complete its SMS verification.

The mobile number must match the account holder's national ID number.

Step two: Additional information

1. Go to «Advanced verification».
2. Open the «Additional information» section.
3. Enter the postal code of your residence and run the lookup.
4. Check the displayed address and confirm the information.

Step three: ID document verification

In the «ID document» section, you have two options:

With the smart method, after the national ID card serial is confirmed, complete the imaging steps and read the displayed sentence aloud. With the manual method, take the commitment letter text from the panel itself and take the photo according to the sample. The writing, face and document must be legible. The official guide lists the national ID card or the new birth certificate for the standard method.

To download the Exir exchange app, go to the download page via the mobile icon at the top of the site. This page has the direct Android file and the store links for the iPhone version.
 

To install Exir exchange on Android, open the APK file and, if your phone asks, allow installation from that source. On iPhone, follow the installation steps from the store you chose. After installing, log in with your existing account details; there is no need to sign up again.

To fund your account with Toman, tap the «Deposit Toman» button in your user panel. Card-to-card, ID-based deposit, account-to-account and direct deposit methods are available to users. You can also deposit crypto, which we will cover below.

Depositing Toman via card-to-card

1. Go to the «Deposit Toman» page.
2. If you haven't registered a bank card, tap «Add new card» and add a card that belongs to you.
3. In the «Card-to-card» tab, select the source card.
4. Copy the destination card number shown in the panel.
5. Make the transfer from that same source card.
6. After the transfer, check the balance and deposit status in your account.

Get the destination card number from the panel every time. Bank details shown in an old video or image are not a basis for your next deposit. Before transferring, also read the allowed limit, fee and messages on that page. To use other methods, open the relevant tab and follow its instructions. For an ID-based deposit, enter the dedicated ID shown exactly.

 

Depositing crypto to Exir

If your assets are in another wallet or crypto exchange , follow these steps:

1. Log in to your user panel.
2. Select the receive crypto option.
3. Choose the coin and transfer network.
4. Get the deposit address and copy it.
5. At the source, select the same coin and the same network and send the assets to your Exir address.

Note that the network selected at the source and on the Exir exchange must be the same. For example, you should not use a Tether receiving address on one network to send Tether on another network.

To get started, you can use the buy/sell form on the dashboard or the «Quick Trade» section. This form has two main parts: «You pay» and «You receive».

How to buy crypto on the Exir exchange

1. Select the «Buy» tab.
2. In the «You pay» section, set Toman with the symbol IRT.
3. In the «You receive» section, select the cryptocurrency you want (for example, Tether)
4. Enter the purchase amount.
5. Check the amount of the selected cryptocurrency you will receive and the exchange rate.
6. Review the order details and fee, then confirm the purchase.

Note that if your Toman balance is insufficient, you must first top up your account and then make the purchase.

How to sell crypto on the Exir exchange

1. Open the «Sell» option in your user panel.
2. In the pay section, select the cryptocurrency you want, e.g. USDT.
3. In the receive section, set Toman.
4. Enter the amount to sell.
5. Check the amount you will receive and the trading fee, then confirm the order.

After the sale, you need to submit a Toman withdrawal request to transfer the funds to your bank.

 

The buy/sell form also has a «Set custom price» option. By enabling it, you can enter your desired rate. Placing such an order does not mean the trade is executed immediately; the order must be matched with a counterparty's order.

Like deposits, withdrawals on the Exir exchange are available in two ways, Toman withdrawal and cryptocurrency withdrawal, and we have outlined the steps below.

Withdrawing Toman to a bank account

1. From the dashboard, tap «Withdraw Toman», or in «Wallet», select «Withdraw» next to Toman.
2. Select the destination bank account.
3. If the account is not registered, use «Add bank account».
4. Enter the withdrawal amount in Toman.
5. Check the fee and the amount you will receive.
6. Enter the requested one-time password and submit the withdrawal request.
 

Withdrawing cryptocurrency from Exir

1. In the user panel, click «Send crypto».
2. Select the asset and the transfer network for sending outside Exir.
3. Choose a network that the destination wallet supports.
4. Enter the destination address and the withdrawal amount.
5. Double-check the fee, the amount received and the destination details.
6. Tap «Continue» and enter the verification code.
7. Track the transfer status in the withdrawal history.

 

To transfer to another user's account on Exir, there is also an «Internal user» option which, according to the official guide, is done using the recipient's email and with no network fee.

Exir exchange fees depend on the market, your user level and your role in the trade:

• Maker: You place an order that waits in the order book to be filled.
• Taker: You accept an existing order in the market and the trade is executed.

For example, a 0.3% fee on a 1-million-Toman trade equals 3,000 Toman.

Crypto withdrawal fees are calculated separately from trading costs and depend on the chosen currency and network. For current rates, network status and VIP level conditions, check the Exir fees and limits page and review the amount shown before confirming your order.

Factors affecting fees and differences between user levels

In the Toman markets in the table above, fees decrease as your user level rises. The level upgrade requirements are as follows:
 

Before your first purchase, check your verification status, order costs and account security. These few simple checks help you avoid unexpected restrictions when trading or withdrawing.

Complete verification and check account limits

• Check your basic and advanced verification status in the panel.
• Make sure your mobile number and bank account are in your own name.
• Check your account's active withdrawal limit.
• Read any messages about withdrawal restrictions after a Rial deposit.
   

Check the final price, fees and transfer network

• Check the trade direction: buy, sell or convert.
• Check the amount you pay and the amount you receive.
• For limit orders, track the order's fill status.
• For transfers, make sure the source and destination networks match.
• Read the address, minimum withdrawal and fee before confirming.

To compare the cost of buying Tether (USDT), don't look only at the unit price; the amount of Tether you receive after the trade and its withdrawal fee also affect your final cost.

Enable security settings before holding assets

From the «Tools» menu, go to «Security» and enable two-factor authentication:

1. Open the «Two-Factor Authentication» section and tap the enable option.
2. Install the Google Authenticator app on your phone.
3. Scan the account's QR code with the app.
4. Keep the displayed recovery key in a safe place.
5. Complete the key confirmation steps and enter the app's six-digit code in Exir.
6. Make sure the message confirming two-factor authentication is enabled is displayed.
