Choosing a crypto exchange is not limited to its services and the number of cryptocurrencies listed on it; its credibility, track record and the level of trust among users who have traded on it are also among the most important criteria for evaluating it. In this article, we review the Wallex exchange in terms of credibility, track record and overall status. Our goal is to get a clearer picture of this exchange's performance for better decision-making and to find its position in the market.

Review of user numbers and user experiences
According to the claim made on the exchange's website, Wallex has more than 5 million users and 1 million active users. Given the exchange's extensive advertising on social media and its sponsorship of programs such as «Pump» hosted by Amirhossein Ghiasi, it is not possible to estimate exactly how many of these users were active on the exchange at the time of writing.

But how many users does the Wallex exchange app have? The number of installs of the exchange's mobile app on Cafe Bazaar and Myket is estimated at around 1.7 million. However, this figure alone is not enough, since some users may have downloaded the app directly from the exchange's website and others may use iOS.

Our research at the time of writing shows that users' experiences with the Wallex exchange cover a wide range of positive and negative opinions; many users have expressed satisfaction with the simple user interface, the variety of cryptocurrencies and the responsiveness of support. On the other hand, another group of users have complained about issues such as deposit and withdrawal fees, delays in Wallex's Rial settlements and technical glitches in new versions of the app.
