Has Abantether ever been hacked?

No, Abantether exchange has never been hacked. While in August 2023, a series of fraudulent SMS messages were sent to users through the exchange's SMS gateway, this issue was unrelated to the exchange's core security; the hackers had only gained access to the messaging system. Abantether responded very quickly and blocked the SMS system. Furthermore, in March 2025, the exchange participated in a «Bug Bounty» event with 50 of the country's top hackers, where only one minor bug unrelated to user assets was discovered and immediately resolved.

AbanTether charges no fees for Toman deposits. For withdrawals, a fee of up to 4,000 Tomans per 100 million Tomans is calculated. The maximum daily withdrawal limit is set at 3 billion Tomans. For cryptocurrencies, you only pay the blockchain network fee, which varies based on the cryptocurrency type and the selected network.

The trading fee in all three markets is 0.3%; however, for margin trading and short selling, a funding fee is added in addition to the trading fee. AbanTether Exchange Restrictions

Are there any limitations for using the AbanTether exchange?

The minimum transaction amount in Tether for each cryptocurrency is 11 USDT.
Each user can send a maximum of 60 requests per minute to the exchange API.
Short selling is only enabled for Bitcoin, Ethereum, Tether, and other specific currencies.
Users can receive a maximum of 0.5 Bitcoin or 10 Ethereum in credit for short selling.
Trading leverage on AbanTether is adjustable from 1.5x up to a maximum of 5x.
For Toman withdrawals, a fee of 4,000 Tomans is charged per 100 million Tomans.

In the commodity purchase credit service, the loan-to-collateral ratio is 75 percent, and the user must provide collateral exceeding the credit amount.
